Over the past 25+ years of practice, I have been trained in many modalities including Internal Family Systems, Expressive Arts Therapy, Couples/Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, & Mediation -- but find that my work with each person is unique to what they need and feel comfortable with.
Education
Therapy: I received a Master of Arts in Expressive Therapy from Lesley University in 1984.l Over the past 25+ years of practice, I have trained in many modalities including Internal Family Systems, Couples/Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, & more. These are all important -- but my work with each person is unique to what they need and feel comfortable with.
Mediation: I completed Basic Mediation and Divorce Mediation Training with MWI in Boston, MA. I also completed Collaborative Practice Training with the Mass. Collaborative Law Council (MCLC).

I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
